Slow pages cost you buyers – quietly.
Every extra second before your page loads, a share of your visitors leave – and you never see them in your analytics as “lost.” Google has measured it for years: slow sites convert worse, rank lower, and cost more per acquired customer. For a B2B SaaS company spending real money to drive traffic, a slow site means paying full price for visitors your own website turns away.
Three numbers Google actually watches:
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) – how fast your main content appears. Google’s “good” threshold is 2.5 s. Ours is 1.5.
Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) – how much your page jumps while loading. We deliver 0.
PageSpeed score – the composite Google publishes. We deliver 90+ on mobile, the harder target.
How “or you don’t pay” actually works.
A guarantee is only worth the clarity behind it. Here’s the whole mechanism, in writing – no asterisks hiding in the footer.
We only take on sites we’ve assessed and confirmed – in writing – as able to reach the numbers. If your site can’t get there without rebuilding, we tell you before you spend a dollar. That honesty is what makes the guarantee real rather than a sales line.
$2,500. Measured on up to 5 agreed key page templates. Standard WordPress sites up to ~30 pages; larger or more complex sites are quoted individually after the audit. No hourly billing, no scope creep.
Caching architecture, script and asset discipline, image delivery, font loading strategy, layout stability – the unglamorous work that makes pages feel instant. Documented as we go.
PageSpeed scores on your agreed pages, measured at handover on Google’s own tools – not a private dashboard you have to trust. Plus a written summary of every change and why.
Simple as that. If we don’t hit 90+ / 1.5 s / 0 on the agreed pages, the work is free. We can offer this because we assess eligibility honestly up front – we don’t take on what we can’t deliver.
And if optimization isn’t enough?
Sometimes the audit’s honest verdict is that your foundation can’t reach these numbers – the theme is bloated, the page builder is heavy, the architecture works against speed. When that’s the case, we say so, and optimization would be money wasted. But here’s the bridge: if you commission a full rebuild from us within 12 months – Custom Web Design or Growth Package – the entire $2,500 comes off the price. Whichever road the audit points to, the money isn’t lost.
What’s included.

Speed optimization – quick answers.
The free audit tells us before we start. If it can’t get there, we don’t take the project – we recommend a rebuild instead, and we say so honestly. You only ever pay when the numbers are reachable and reached.
For the audit, no – just your URL. For the optimization itself, yes: we’ll need admin and hosting access, handled securely, and only for the duration of the work.
Measured at handover and documented. It lasts – unless new plugins, heavy scripts, or unoptimized content are added afterward. We’ll tell you exactly what to avoid, and our maintenance options can keep it locked in.
Our fixed-price guarantee covers WordPress. For other platforms, performance principles still apply, but we’d scope it individually after the audit – or, often, recommend a WordPress rebuild that hits the numbers reliably.
Because it’s done by hand and measured properly, not by flipping a plugin switch. Real optimization that holds is worth two weeks.
Find out if your site qualifies.
It starts with the free audit – two minutes for you, two business days for us. You’ll know whether $2,500 fixes your site, or whether your money is better spent elsewhere. Either way, you’ll have the truth in writing before you decide anything.
